2026 action plan
Our missions
The 2026 Action Plan translates the national strategy for the protection and enhancement of the coastline, led by the National Coastal Commission under the authority of the Ministry of Environment and Quality of Life, into six concrete missions. Thirteen actions, deployed across the fourteen coastal wilayas and anchored on two pilot projects (Béjaïa–Chlef and Zemmouri), frame the year's effort: to know, protect, restore, support, raise awareness, and partner.
